Online inquiries and in-home consultations are free requests for an estimate. They do not constitute a binding contract until a written proposal and agreement are signed by both parties.

Product warranties, such as SunSetter, Sunbrella and Graber warranties, are provided and backed by the respective manufacturers under their own terms. Installation is provided independently by A to Z Shades and Shutters.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A to Z Shades and Shutters from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
