Leisli has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Benedictine University. She is responsible for all operations, finance, human resources, and office functions of A to Z Shades and Shutters. She has the unique ability to grasp issues and challenges, find solutions and implement processes that continue to move the business forward.  Leisli is a devoted mother and wife, who enjoys reading, baking, and camping.
